D-4 — 若你要修讀韓語課程

初次核發為期六個月的簽證，發給每一位開始修讀必修語言年度的獎學金生。語言年度為十二個月，簽證卻只有六個月，因此你必須在韓國自費辦理延長。

D-2 — 若你獲免修該課程

發給直接進入學位課程的獎學金生。是否免修由你的申請類別與 TOPIK 級別決定，而不是依個人意願。

兩份 2026 年獎學金生通知也都提到，GKS 獎學金生可申請 D-2-7 簽證，但未說明申請後有何不同。第 5 節整理了我們查得到與查不到的部分。

2026 年 GKS 獎學金生通知指出，要就讀韓語課程的獎學金生應申請初次為期六個月的 D-4，而非 D-2，並載明獎學金生須在語言年度期間自費辦理延長。獲免修語言課程的獎學金生，則以 D-2 開始就讀學位課程。

同一批通知還提到，GKS 獎學金生可申請 D-2-7 簽證。你適用哪一種，取決於下一節的免修規定，而最終的簽證類別由受理你申請的韓國大使館或領事館決定。

2026 年 GKS-G 獎學金生通知（NIIED 隨最終錄取公告附上、寫給已獲選者的說明文件）載明：

D-4 visa is for those who will start a Korean language program. (All scholars will be initially issued with a 6 months D-4 visa, and scholars are responsible to renew their visa during their Korean language program. NIIED does not support visa renewal fee.)

D-2 visa is for those who are exempt from the Korean language program and start their degree program.

2026 年 GKS-U 通知以略有出入的措辭寫下同一條規定——複數形的「renewal fees」，以及「have started their degree program」。D-2-7 那句話在兩份通知中用字完全相同。

六個月這個數字也從另一個方向獲得佐證。駐胡志明市韓國總領事館與駐越南韓國大使館公布的留學簽證文件清單，都把 한국어연수 D-4-1（語言研修的次代碼）的停留期間定為「체류기간 6개월 이내, 단수」：六個月以內、單次入境。

兩個容易被忽略的後果

• 初次核發的簽證是 6 個月，韓語課程卻是 12 個月。通知載明獎學金生須在課程期間自行辦理延長，且 NIIED 不負擔延長費用。通知並未說明延長程序，請向管轄你所屬大學的出入境管理事務所確認。
• 只有在獲免修語言課程的情況下，你才會以 D-2 起步——而大學部與研究所獎學金生的免修規定並不相同。

哪些計畫不含語言年度：2026 年 GKS-G 申請簡章在獎學金期間的註記中，把 Research Program 與 Global Network Program 列入免修韓語課程的類別。這是申請簡章，而非獎學金生通知——下一節會引用原文。

本頁所述皆為 2026 年度，也就是我們查核時 NIIED 已公布的版本。申請前請先查閱你所屬年度的第一手說明。

免修與否決定了你拿 D-4 還是 D-2，而條件依申請類別而異。2026 年 GKS-U 簡章只列出一條途徑：已繳交的 TOPIK 5 級或 6 級成績。

2026 年 GKS-G 簡章在獎學金期間的註記中列出五條——Research Program、Global Network Program、TOPIK 5 級或 6 級、就讀 100% 英語授課課程並提出 Korean Language Exemption Application 的現職大學教授，以及 TOPIK 3 級以上的 IRTS Korean Language Program 結業生——而同一份文件的其他段落，則以相同方式看待申請 100% 英語授課課程的 R&D Program 申請人。

GKS-U（大學部）

2026 年 GKS-U 申請簡章在獎學金期間的註記中載明：

Applicants who submitted TOPIK level 5 or 6 will be exempt from a Korean language program

同一份簡章的 FAQ 把這條規定寫成只有單一例外的封閉規則：

A yearlong Korean language program is an important part of the GKS program. All GKS scholars must take a Korean language program regardless of the curriculum of the degree program. However, if you have already attained advanced level (Level 5 or 6) on TOPIK when applying for the program, you must submit your valid TOPIK certificate to be exempt from Korean language program.

因此就 GKS-U 而言，TOPIK 5 級或 6 級是 2026 年簡章列出的唯一免修途徑。

GKS-G（研究所）

2026 年 GKS-G 申請簡章在獎學金期間的註記中列出五條途徑：

Research Program, Global Network Program, scholars who have obtained TOPIK level 5 or 6, current academic professors enrolled in a 100% English-taught program with the submission of a Korean Language Exemption Application, as well as IRTS Korean Language Program graduates who achieved TOPIK/TOPIK IBT Level 3 or higher will be exempt from the Korean language program

這則註記並非全貌。同一份英文簡章的其他段落三度出現第六個類別：兩次在獎學金給付一節，一次在列出哪些人不必達到 Level 3 的 FAQ 回答中。給付一節的那兩處寫得更明確。Korean Proficiency Grant——發給因 TOPIK 5 級或 6 級而獲免修者的每月加給——排除以下對象：

GKS scholars in the Global Network Program, Research Program, current academic professors enrolled in a 100% English-taught program with the submission of a Korean Language Exemption Application, IRTS Korean Language Program graduates who achieved TOPIK/TOPIK IBT Level 3 or higher, or R&D Program applicants to 100% English-taught program

給付註記則載明：

Korean language training fees are not provided to GKS scholars in Global Network Program, R&D Program applicants to 100% English-taught program

這三處都把 R&D 英語授課組的申請人，與簡章其他地方稱為免修的類別歸在一起。同一份簡章的韓文版，則直接把這條途徑寫進獎學金期間的註記裡。

然而，正面回答這個問題的 FAQ——錄取 100% 英語授課課程的獎學金生能否免修——只提到 TOPIK 5 級或 6 級，並未提及 R&D。如果你是 R&D 英語授課組的申請人，請不要只憑獎學金期間的註記下定論，應向 NIIED 或你的大學查詢。

兩種類別共通——在語言年度期間考到 5 級或 6 級

GKS-U 簡章是這樣寫的：

Those who receive TOPIK level 5 or 6 within the first 6 months of the Korean language program will be exempt from the remaining 6-month language program and must start their degree program in the following semester (September 2026)

GKS-G 簡章載明相同的機制，只是換成它自己的學期（2027 年 3 月）。

有一點要知道：對持有 TOPIK 5/6 級成績者，兩份簡章都把免修寫成義務而非選項——各自載明你「must submit your valid TOPIK certificate to be exempt」。

兩份 2026 年獎學金生通知都提到，憑 NIIED 的邀請函，你申請簽證時不必檢附自我財力證明；兩份也都把 GKS 獎學金生的簽證申請費列為「generally exempt」（一般免收）。兩者都不是保證：同一批通知也載明，各大使館若認為必要，仍可要求補件。

請把這理解成文件被替換，而不是被取消——我們查核的越南兩處韓國駐外館處，仍把全額獎學金生的證明文件放在財力證明要求之下，並接受獎學金證書正本作為該項證明。

財力證明

2026 年 GKS-G 通知載明：

With the NIIED's invitation letter, you can apply for a visa without a proof of your financial ability to support yourself.

GKS-U 通知寫的是同一件事，只是少了冠詞——「without proof of your financial ability to support yourself.」

在有公布文件清單的駐外館處，實際情況是這樣

駐胡志明市總領事館列出其財力證明要求（재정능력 입증서류），並在其中訂有針對獎學金生的規定：

5. 장학생의 경우 - 생활비 및 학비 모두 100% 지원 장학생의 경우: 장학증서 원본(표준입학허가서와 동일한 직인 날인) - 100% 미만 지원 장학생의 경우: 장학증서 원본 및 본인부담금에 대한 재정능력 입증서류

生活費與學費都獲 100% 補助的獎學金，所需的財力證明文件就是獎學金證書正本；補助未達 100% 者，則需證書正本再加上自費部分的財力證明。

也就是說，證書取代了原本由存款證明扮演的角色。這是替換，不是免除——正因如此，即使通知說你不需要財力證明，帶齊 NIIED 的文件仍然重要。

簽證申請費

兩份通知都以完全相同的字句，把這一項列在簽證文件中（GKS-G 通知在句末多了一個句點）：

Visa Application Fee is generally exempt for GKS scholars

請注意 generally 這個字。這並非保證，也不同於語言年度期間的延長費用——通知載明 NIIED 不負擔該筆費用。

兩份 2026 年獎學金生通知列出相同的六項：有效護照、符合規格的照片、韓國大使館或領事館的簽證申請書、NIIED 的邀請函、載明最高學歷的文件，以及大學核發的標準入學許可書。

通知並未把這份清單當成完整清單——兩份都載明各大使館可要求補件，韓國的 Visa Portal 也表示其公布的文件「of the minimum requirements」（僅為最低要求）。請向受理你申請的大使館或領事館索取你的文件清單。

除了上述費用註記外，兩份通知列出相同的六項。GKS-G 通知以「in general, you will need the following documents」引出；GKS-U 通知用的是「would need」：

• 有效護照
• 符合規格的照片
• 簽證申請書（可向韓國大使館／領事館索取）
• NIIED 核發的邀請函
• 載明最高學歷的文件
• 大學核發的標準入學許可書

這不是一份完整清單，通知也沒有把它當成完整清單。GKS-G 通知載明：

The documents required for visa application may vary by each embassy, and it is strongly recommended that you contact the Korean embassy to confirm the required documents before applying for a visa.

GKS-U 通知以不同措辭給出相同指引。兩份通知也都以完全相同的字句寫著這一段：

NIIED sent an official letter to all Korean embassies around the world, asking for their cooperation in visa processing for this year's GKS scholars. However, each embassy may request additional documents if it is deemed necessary for visa evaluation.

韓國 Visa Portal 也就一般簽證申請說明同一件事；以下三段取自兩種不同程序——第一段關於透過韓國出入境管理事務所確認簽證核發，另外兩段關於在駐外館處提出申請：

The required documents mentioned on the Visa Navigator are of the minimum requirements. The head of the immigration office may request/exempt additional documents for further evaluation.

Depending on the circumstances of one's country, the head of the Korean diplomatic mission may request/exempt additional documents for further evaluation.

Therefore, in the case that required documents on the Visa Navigator do not match with those of the diplomatic mission, please follow the instructions and requirements provided by the respective diplomatic mission.

兩份 2026 年獎學金生通知都提到 GKS 獎學金生可申請 D-2-7 簽證，卻都沒有說明原因。韓國法務部的代碼表把 D-2-7 登錄為 일-학습연계 유학。

越南的兩處韓國駐外館處公布的留學簽證文件清單，顯示走這條途徑會有什麼不同：送件所需的文件比一般學位類別少，且學歷與財力證明文件由 NIIED 核發的政府獎學金證明取代。

我們找到的資料都沒有把 D-2-7 定義為獎學金簽證，也沒有給它英文名稱，因此請向受理你申請的大使館或領事館詢問你是否適用。

我們查核過的每一份 GKS 獎學金生通知——2026 年 GKS-U 與 2026 年 GKS-G——都有這一句，而且沒有任何說明：

代碼表怎麼寫

韓國法務部的居留資格代碼表（版本日期 2026-03-31）列有 D-2-7 · 일-학습연계 유학。我們在查得到的政府資料中，都找不到這個名稱的英文譯法；照字面讀大致是「產學結合留學」，但那是我們的翻譯，並非經認可的譯名。

作為對照，同樣那些駐外館處的清單也列出與它並排的次代碼：전문학사과정 D-2-1（專科）、학사과정 D-2-2（學士）、석사 D-2-3（碩士）、박사 D-2-4（博士）、특정연구과정 D-2-5（研究）、교환학생 D-2-6（交換學生）、일-학습연계 유학 D-2-7，以及 방문학생 D-2-8（訪問學生）。

Visa Portal 並未列出它

Visa Portal 對外公開的類別索引只列到 D-2-1 至 D-2-6。這項缺漏並不代表 D-2-7 不會核發——有兩處韓國駐外館處公布的文件清單就包含它。我們無法查明公開索引為何停在 D-2-6。

以 D-2-7 送件會有什麼不同

駐胡志明市總領事館在其 D-2-7 那一列附上這條規定：

• 文件較少。D-2-7 那一列只需第 1–4 項與第 6 項。一般學位類別（전문학사·학사·석사·박사，D-2-1 至 D-2-4）則需第 1 項至第 7 項。
• 文件被替換。證明學歷與財力的文件，由 NIIED 核發的政府獎學金證明取代——這兩項在一般類別中是各自獨立的必備文件。

駐越南韓國大使館（2026-06-11 更新）在其 D-2-7 項目中也公布相同的替換規定。該館清單沒有編號，因此上述「第 1–4 項與第 6 項」的簡化只適用於胡志明市那份清單，不應視為通則。

停留期間

兩份清單都把 D-2-7 歸在與一般學位次代碼相同的停留期間組別——전문학사·학사·석사·박사 與 일-학습연계 共用一欄，寫著「체류기간 2년 이내, 단수」（兩年以內、單次入境），연구과정 D-2-5、교환학생 D-2-6 與 방문학생 D-2-8 為一年，D-4-1 為六個月。這並不是 D-2-7 專屬的期間。

我們不會主張的事

我們引用的資料並未把 D-2-7 定義為獎學金簽證，沒有給它英文名稱，也沒有解釋它登錄的名稱與所附 NIIED 證明規定之間的落差。

我們讀到的兩份駐外館處清單都是越南的貼文；我們無法確認其他駐外館處是否適用相同規定。我們陳述的是機制，而不是定義。要不要申請 D-2-7，請詢問受理你申請的大使館或領事館。

兩份 2026 年獎學金生通知都提醒，已持 D-2、D-4 或其他簽證在韓國居留的獎學金生，可能必須返回母國重新申請 GKS 計畫的簽證，且來回機票不予補助。兩份也都舉了同一個例子：已持 D-4 在韓國的獎學金生，仍可能必須回國重新申請 D-4。

通知要這些獎學金生聯繫管轄其所屬大學的出入境管理事務所，確認能否不出境就取得簽證。

GKS-G 的措辭：

(Attention!!) Scholars who are currently residing in Korea with D-2, D-4, or other visa types may need to return to their home country to obtain a new visa for the GKS program. In this case, the round-trip airfare will not be provided to scholars. These scholars must contact the Immigration Office that has jurisdiction over their university to determine if they can obtain their visa without leaving the country.

GKS-U 通知以略有出入的字句給出相同提醒，兩份也都附上同一個 D-4 例子。若你屬於這種情況，通知要你先聯繫該出入境管理事務所，不要自行推測。

2026 年獎學金生通知沒有說明。通知告訴你初次簽證是六個月的 D-4、你須在語言年度期間自行辦理延長，以及獲免修語言課程者以 D-2 起步——卻始終沒有描述兩者之間的那一步。

韓國出入境主管機關在其線上民願業務中列有居留資格變更許可（체류자격 변경허가），這一步就屬於該類別；通知也要求每位獎學金生抵達後立即聯繫所屬大學的 GKS 承辦人。請向你的大學與出入境管理事務所取得程序與時程，而不是依據本頁。

這是我們讀過的第一手文件中唯一留白的環節，我們寧可直說，也不願自行補上。我們能指出的有：

• 這個業務類別確實存在。HiKorea 的線上民願業務清單包含 등록외국인의 체류기간연장허가（停留期間延長許可）、등록외국인의 체류자격 변경허가（居留資格變更許可）與 체류지 변경 신고（居留地變更申報）。這三項是登錄外國人的一般業務——不專屬於 GKS，也不專屬於學生。
• 你的大學會以梯次方式處理 GKS 獎學金生。兩份通知都要求獎學金生抵達後聯繫所屬大學的 GKS 承辦人，而 2026 年幾乎所有獎學金生的語言中心與學位課程都在同一所學校。
• 我們查不到時程。我們讀過的文件，都沒有針對 GKS 獎學金生給出 D-4 轉 D-2 的送件期間、費用或文件清單。

同一份清單中有一項是學生專屬的：유학생(D-2) 및 어학연수생(D-4-1) 시간제취업 허가——即 D-2 留學生與 D-4-1 語言研修生的時間制打工許可。

這在語言年度期間之所以重要，理由是通知沒有提到的：在 D-4-1 這一側，必須等到資格變更後滿六個月，或你若是持該簽證入境，則自入境日起滿六個月，才能提出申請——那是語言年度的一半。

不是抵達當下。兩份 2026 年獎學金生通知都載明，獎學金須在你開立韓國銀行帳戶後才會撥付，而帳戶要等居留證（Residence Card）核發後才能開立，整個程序需要一到三個月。

自備資金請以三個月而非一個月來規劃：GKS-G 通知建議帶足「頭一兩個月」的資金，卻又載明延遲可能長達三個月，而 GKS-U 通知寫的是最長三個月。獎學金也不含宿舍費，且 GKS 醫療保險自學期開始才生效。

2026 年 GKS-G 通知載明：

scholarship funds, including monthly stipend, will only be provided after a scholar opens a bank account in Korea. One can open a bank account after an issuance of ID card (Residence Card). This procedure may take 1 to 3 months depending on the individual's circumstances.

GKS-U 通知以自己的措辭描述同一段流程。整條順序是居留證 → 銀行帳戶 → 第一筆生活費，通知把它估為一到三個月。

兩份通知對備用金的建議並不相同，其中一份的金額還少於它自己列出的時程：

「bring additional funds to cover their living expenses for the first month or two in Korea」（在韓國頭一兩個月的生活費）

2026 年 GKS-U 通知

「bring additional funds that could cover their initial stay in Korea for up to 3 months」（在韓國最初最長 3 個月的開銷）

兩份通知都把延遲估為最長三個月。研究所獎學金生若完全照自己那份通知的建議只帶兩個月的錢，可能會少一個月。我們不是要推翻 NIIED 的建議——我們只是指出同一份文件前後兩處的落差。請以兩個數字中較長的那個編列預算。

同樣出自這兩份通知：獎學金不含宿舍費，且 GKS 醫療保險自學期開始才生效——通知建議另行投保涵蓋此前期間的旅遊平安險。

It states the same rules in slightly different words — 'renewal fees' plural, 'have started their degree program', 'without proof' rather than 'without a proof' — which is why the page quotes one notice and describes the other rather than presenting a single composite quotation. It differs materially in one place: it advises bringing funds for up to three months where the GKS-G notice says one or two.

Supports the five language-program exemption routes. R&D applicants to a 100% English-taught program are a sixth category the English edition keeps OUT of the scholarship-period note while stating it three times elsewhere — twice in the scholarship-benefits notes and once in the FAQ answer on the Level 3 requirement — while the Korean edition puts it in the scholarship-period note itself. That split is why the page tells an R&D applicant to ask rather than to infer.

The page reports that absence and explicitly does not read it as evidence that D-2-7 is not issued — two Korean missions publish document lists that include it. We could not establish why the index stops at six.

• Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Vietnam — student visa document listupdated 2026-06-11 · 查閱日期 2026-08-11An independent publication of the same D-2-7 substitution and the same stay-period groupings, which is what makes the HCMC list more than a local quirk. It lists 공통제출서류 without numbering them, so the 'items 1-4 and 6' shortening must not be attributed to it.
• HiKorea — online civil applications (Korea Immigration Service)live page · 查閱日期 2026-08-11Named for the category a D-4 to D-2 move falls under (체류자격 변경허가) and for the one list item that is student-specific: 유학생(D-2) 및 어학연수생(D-4-1) 시간제취업 허가. Extension of stay, change of status and change of address are general items for any registered foreign resident, so the page does not present them as student rules. No document we read gives a timeline or document list for the D-4 to D-2 change itself.
